Administrative Coordinator - Office of Research and Diversity Training, University of Pennsylvania

We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as the Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Research and Diversity Training at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine.  The Administrative coordinator will coordinate programs to advance diversity in our educational enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation supported by excellent interpersonal skills, facile multitasking capabilities, data management abilities, experience with social media, and strong presentation, writing, computer, and editing skills. Close attention to detail and procedures related to expense and budget reports is required. Experience with development and fundraising and academic program management are preferred. Some evening and weekend work will be required. Candidates should be willing and able to travel as needed.
