ASCB is offering a virtual biotech course to help graduate students transition to biotech

Training opportunity for graduate students at your institution who may be considering careers in the biotechnology industry. The American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) is offering a week-long virtual course to help students transition into a job in biotech, medtech or pharma. They will discover the business side of science, network and learn interdisciplinary skills through a team-based project. Of all 2014-2020 attendees, nearly 70% now have jobs in industry, regulatory affairs or technology transfer.
 
The virtual course will take place June 13-17, 2022, from 1:00-5:00 pm EDT. We are targeting 50 attendees for the virtual course, and applications close on April 30.  
The application is straightforward, and the only stipulation is that once applicants have been accepted they must become an ASCB member. Click here for more information and to apply.
