The Science and Technology Competency and Education Core of Puerto Rico IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence of the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus announces the opening of a Call for Proposals for 2024-2025.
The STCE invites proposals for Junior Research Associates Programs. Graduate and Undergraduate students who will spend no less than nine (9) academic months working on a research project with an eligible mentor in an INBRE institution, in a biomedical field related to Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, Molecular Medicine, Drug Design, or Environmental & Behavioral Science.
Priority will be given to students at PUIs working with Faculty funded by the INBRE Developmental Research Project Program (DRPP). A scientific panel composes of the STCE Coordinator and the three collaborators will review all graduate and undergraduate student proposals.
