Travel Awards to the 59th Annual Maize Genetics Conference are available for undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, and early career faculty. The conference covers the latest advances in Plant Biology, Genomics, and Genetics. Awardees will be mentored during the conference to aid science career networking and will be personally introduced to the invited Plenary Speakers. Each award provides funding for travel, lodging, and conference registration. Applicants must be members of underrepresented groups in science and be a US citizen or permanent resident.
