Position Announcement 

Tenure-Track Faculty Position 

Assistant or Associate Professor 

The University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology. 

The ideal candidate will have a PhD and postdoctoral experience with strong demonstrated experience in pharmacology. Area of research of particular interest is cardiovascular pharmacology. The new recruit is expected to be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English. He/She must have experience in teaching, and be able to establish an energetic, well-funded research program; engage in interdisciplinary and collaborative research; and teach pharmacology in the medical and dental professional programs.
