Apply to be a Bloomberg Fellow | MPH Program

To be considered for the Bloomberg Fellows Program:

• Applicants must apply to the MPH program through the School of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS)
• Applicants must apply to the Bloomberg Fellows Program

*Both the SOPHAS and Bloomberg Fellows applications must be submitted

Deadline

The priority application deadline for the MPH program and the Bloomberg Fellows Program is November 1^st. This includes submitting the Bloomberg Application Forms and all materials for admission into the MPH program beginning June 2019.

The final application deadline for the MPH program and the Bloomberg Fellows Program is December 1^st.  This includes submitting the Bloomberg Application Forms and all materials for admission into the MPH program beginning June 2019.

The Bloomberg Fellows Program Application

The application process for the Bloomberg Fellows Program has two components.

1. The applicant must complete the Application Form for the Bloomberg Fellows Program
2. The applicant’s organization must complete the Application Form for Collaborating Organizations
