Dependent UPR?

Due to the fiscal reality of Puerto Rico, the myth that the University of Puerto Rico is excessively dependent on the government has propagated. This belief is sustained by distorted numbers and statistics, without considering the efforts that have been taken to make it more sustainable in the future.
