Auxilio Biolab, the basic and translational research laboratory of the Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, has a post-doctoral fellow position available for a highly motivated PhD with a background in cell biology, gene silencing, rodent tumor models.
Our laboratory is studying markers that predict response to BCG intravesical therapy and novel immune therapies in the treatment of bladder cancer.
Applicants must have a PhD and strong grant writing, laboratory, and analytical skills. Experience with mammalian cells culture, ELISA, gene silencing, rodent tumor models and real time PCR.
Applicants will work under the supervision of Dr. Eduardo Canto, Auxilio BioLab Director, and will be encouraged to co-author grants. Base salary is $36,000 and may be supplemented with grant revenue.
