Greetings and Happy New Year,
Do you have students interested in gaining research experience this summer? BTI's Plant Genome Research Program (PGRP) is looking for 20 exceptional undergraduate students from across the U.S. to intern in BTI, Cornell and USDA laboratories for 10 weeks over summer break. In addition, we are recruiting outstanding local high school students, interested in scientific research and planning to pursue undergraduate degrees in STEM fields, to intern for six weeks.
The PGRP is an incredible opportunity for students to work alongside an international community of scientists dedicated to developing innovative solutions to feed a growing world population, while protecting the environment, through plant research and bioinformatics.
Applications will be accepted through Friday, February 5, 2016. Help your students gain experience while preparing for undergraduate, graduate school or a scientific career by passing this opportunity along!
