Job: Laboratory technician

We are looking to hire an organized, systematic and motivated individual to work in the Laboratory of Dr. Daniel Colón-Ramos at Yale University in creating and analyzing transgenic nematode strains. This is part of a stimulating project focused on characterizing early neurodevelopmental events in C. elegans embryos.

Expertise in worm husbandry, in creating nematode transgenic strains through microinjection and in molecular biology a plus, but not required.
