The Puerto Rican Center for Environmental Neuroscience (PRCEN) is offering stipends for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in working in an innovative scientific field that is at the interface of Environment and Neuroscience.
It is a great opportunity, to learn about scientific techniques and approaches of both fields and it will be a wonderful stepping stool for a future career in science. Students will meet and work with local, national, and international scientists in the emerging field of Environmental Neuroscience with a specific focus on the island of Puerto Rico.
Note that openings are available for graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratories of the affiliated PIs (https://www.prcen.org/pis). HOWEVER, students and non-affiliated PIs working on a project in the scope of the program, namely presenting an environmental AND neuroscience component are strongly encouraged to apply too.
