I am monitoring the President Bush announcenment about the DART buoy implementation and the original plan it does not match with the one showed on the NOAA DART buoy web , the peruvian coast included 3 buoys ,now only include just one and very far from coast.

In the links I found two graphs showing different buoy locations!!
