Grupo Guayacán is honored to deliver the first international Lean Startup Workshop in Puerto Rico. Our guest speakers Raomal Perera, Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD in France (one of the five top business schools in the world) and Manuel Rosso, founder of Food on the Table, (one of the cases presented in the New York Times best seller book, The Lean Startup) will teach you how to use the Lean Startup method to design and launch your product or service without requiring large amounts of initial funding. The Lean Startup method will teach you techniques in validated learning, scientific experimentation, and interactive product releases to shorten product development cycles, measure progress and gain valuable customer feedback.
