The Biology & Chemistry Department at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as an Instructor, Chemistry. The anticipated start date is August 7, 2023. The starting salary should be around $40K.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach at least two lecture sections of general and/or survey of chemistry and at least six sections of the corresponding laboratory, as well as preparing labs for multiple courses.
REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science degree in Chemistry or a closely related field. A minimum of 18 hours in Chemistry graduate level courses from an accredited institution is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Teaching experience and/or a Ph.D and experience in laboratory preparation.
