Hi, I recently went to a wonderful conference- The 13th Annual Institute on Teaching and Mentoring. This institute aims to provide minority students with the skills necessary to get their graduate degree and to prepare them to become faculty members. Even though attendance to this meeting is by invitation only, the handouts provided to the attendees have been posted online. These handouts are very very helpful and informative.
