Need your help on NSF-funded academic experiences survey

I am writing to ask for your assistance by participating in a study about your experiences in academia.  The study will assess barriers and facilitators of productivity, psychological wellness, and physical health.  This study is funded by the National Science Foundation and is being conducted by UMass Lowell in collaboration with UMass Medical School.  

 

The survey will take about 30 minutes; participation is completely voluntary, confidential, and anonymous.  Faculty can choose to withdraw at any point without penalty.  No identifying information will be collected.  Upon completion of this survey, faculty will have the opportunity to enter into a raffle to win one of twelve $250 Amazon gift cards.

 

We need to recruit over 3000 female faculty who work in academic institutions throughout the U.S. This is an ambitious goal, so we hope we can enlist your help!
