This conference is FREE and is part of our NIH-funded training program.  

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR THE 2017 NEURAL CONFERENCE – Birmingham, AL – June 14-17.

 

The NEURAL Conference is a 2.5 day event crafted especially for the underrepresented, including students with disabilities, neuroscience graduate trainee.  On the agenda: scientific presentations, professional development & networking. This free conference offers over 40 travel awards to non-local trainees who submit quality abstracts.  This conference is a one-of-a-kind, cozy, skill-sharpening experience.  Our current program can be found here:  https://www.uab.edu/medicine/rms/neural/neural-2017.

 

40 TRAVEL AWARDS available for *underrepresented trainees!  Simply submit a quality abstract by April 13th, or the extended deadline if funds are not exhausted! Travel awards are only offered to *underrepresented graduate trainees, however, any student is invited and encouraged to attend!

*Underrepresented:
