The NIH Oxford-Cambridge Scholars Program is a unique Ph.D. training program for talented students interested in a career devoted to biomedical research. Scholars conduct research at the National Institutes of Health, the world's largest biomedical research facility, and at either the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
