Im currently a graduate student at the Pennsylvania State University under the advisory of Dr. Christina Grozinger. Our research interests are focused on social insects, particularly Honey Bees. We use these organisms as models to perform research on the topics of Behavioral Genomics, Neuroethology and Chemical Ecology.

I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in Biology and Anthropology. I was part of the Research Initiative for Scientific Enhancement (RISE) Program at my institution and did research under the advisory of Dr. Tugrul Giray in the Honey Bee lab at the UPR.
