The 3rd annual Puerto Rico Winter Institute “Water and Environment: From Plants to Landscapes” January 10-24, 2007 The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS), jointly with the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), is pleased to sponsor a two-week Winter Institute in San Juan for graduate and professional school students. Seminar participants and instructors will include faculty and students from Harvard and the UPR. Financial support is available for participation in the seminar.
