The Yale Transdisciplinary Collaborative Center for Health Disparities focused on Precision Medicine (Yale-TCC) has a consortium of over 55 stakeholders all with a common interest of reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases among Caribbean and Caribbean-descent individuals. Our consortium members are divided into work groups each led by a chair and a fellow. If you are interested in contributing to the health of Caribbean individuals, and to lessening the burden of non-communicable diseases in the Caribbean region, apply now.
